Giornata di manifestazioni in tutti i Paesi d’Europa, dell’area mediterranea e ovunque nel mondo contro l’idea di guerra e contro tutte le guerre e i conflitti in corso
Il prossimo 24 febbraio sarà il secondo anniversario dell’inizio della guerra in Europa e saranno più di 4 mesi dall’inizio del genocidio del popolo palestinese: dobbiamo dire “BASTA!” e chiedere l’immediato cessate il fuoco nel continente europeo e nel Medio Oriente, senza dimenticare le guerre e i conflitti in tante aree del mondo.
Si è individuato la data di SABATO 24 febbraio 2024 come giornata in cui manifestare contemporaneamente in tutti i Paesi europei e dell’area mediterranea e ovunque sia possibile, nei modi ritenuti opportuni e praticabili: cortei, sit-in, presìdi, flash mob, happening, reading, dibattiti…
Crediamo si tratti di una proposta concreta che può far convergere e unire tutte le organizzazioni – associative, sindacali, politiche, socio-culturali – in un “cartellone” unico di energie dove tutte le realtà e ciascuna, tutti i soggetti e ciascuno sono promotori alla pari di questo progetto; dove tutte e tutti si è impegnati a divulgare l’idea, a promuoverla – in Europa e in tutta l’area del Mediterraneo, ma senza escludere eventuali opportunità oltre questi contesti principali – e realizzarla nel proprio ambito territoriale, città grandi ma anche centri minori; il tutto creando e sviluppando, da subito, reti (coordinamenti, comitati, movimenti e gruppi) che possano, nell’immediato, organizzare le manifestazioni del 24 febbraio (da raccogliere in un unico elenco da promulgare) e poi, nel futuro, continuare un lavoro culturale e politico teso a promuovere e concretizzare azioni improntate a pacifismo, nonviolenza, disarmo.
Crediamo si possano e si debbano organizzare incontri tra le organizzazioni interessate e disponibili a discutere di quanto proposto e ad attivarsi in merito.
Per raccogliere le prime manifestazioni d’interesse e poter aggiornare l’elenco dei luoghi dove si terranno manifestazioni (e decidere collettivamente altri strumenti d’azione), riteniamo si possa cominciare a usare il gruppo FaceBook “Mobilitazione europea Pace, contro la guerra/le guerre” e – per adesioni o interlocuzioni relative al progetto – la email mobilitazione.europea.pace@gmail.com.
Per quanto riguarda il gruppo di cui sopra, si valuterà a breve se cambiare il nome in “Mobilitazione europea e mediterranea per la Pace, contro la guerra/le guerre” o “Mobilitazione globale per la Pace, contro la guerra/le guerre”.

Journée de manifestations dans tous les pays d’Europe, de la région méditerranéenne et partout dans le monde contre l’idée de la guerre et contre toutes les guerres et conflits en cours.
Le 24 février prochain marquera le deuxième anniversaire du début de la guerre en Europe, et cela fera plus de 4 mois depuis le début du génocide du peuple palestinien : nous devons dire ‘ÇA SUFFIT !’ et demander un cessez-le-feu immédiat en Europe et au Moyen-Orient, sans oublier les guerres et conflits dans de nombreuses régions du monde.
Le samedi 24 février 2024 a été identifié comme le jour des manifestations simultanées dans tous les pays européens et de la région méditerranéenne, et partout où cela est possible, de manière jugée appropriée et réalisable : cortèges, sit-in, manifestations, flash mobs, happenings, lectures, débats…
Nous croyons qu’il s’agit d’une proposition concrète qui peut rassembler et unir toutes les organisations – associatives, syndicales, politiques, socio-culturelles – dans une ‘affiche’ unique d’énergies où toutes les réalités et chacune, tous les sujets et chacun sont promoteurs sur un pied d’égalité dans ce projet ; où tout le monde s’engage à diffuser et à promouvoir l’idée – en Europe et dans toute la région méditerranéenne, mais sans exclure d’éventuelles opportunités au-delà de ces contextes principaux – et à la concrétiser dans leur zone territoriale, grandes villes mais aussi centres plus petits ; le tout en créant et développant, dès le départ, des réseaux (coordination, comités, mouvements et groupes) qui peuvent, immédiatement, organiser les événements du 24 février (à rassembler dans une liste unique à promulguer) et ensuite, dans le futur, poursuivre un travail culturel et politique visant à promouvoir et concrétiser des actions basées sur le pacifisme, la non-violence et le désarmement.
Nous croyons qu’il est possible et nécessaire d’organiser des rencontres entre les organisations intéressées et prêtes à discuter de ce qui est proposé et à agir à cet égard.
Pour recueillir les premières manifestations d’intérêt et mettre à jour la liste des lieux où auront lieu les manifestations (et décider collectivement d’autres outils d’action), nous pensons qu’il est possible de commencer à utiliser le groupe Facebook ‘Mobilisation européenne pour la paix, contre la guerre/les guerres’ et – pour les adhésions ou les discussions liées au projet – l’adresse e-mail mobilitazione.europea.pace@gmail.com.
En ce qui concerne le groupe susmentionné, il sera évalué prochainement s’il convient de changer le nom en ‘Mobilisation européenne et méditerranéenne pour la paix, contre la guerre/les guerres’ ou ‘Mobilisation mondiale pour la paix, contre la guerre/les guerres.’

Day of demonstrations in all countries of Europe, the Mediterranean area, and everywhere in the world against the idea of war and against all ongoing wars and conflicts.
The upcoming February 24 will mark the second anniversary of the start of the war in Europe, and it will be more than 4 months since the beginning of the genocide of the Palestinian people: we must say ‘ENOUGH!’ and demand an immediate ceasefire in Europe and the Middle East, without forgetting the wars and conflicts in many areas of the world.
Saturday, February 24, 2024, has been identified as the day for simultaneous demonstrations in all European countries and the Mediterranean area and wherever possible, in ways considered appropriate and feasible: processions, sit-ins, demonstrations, flash mobs, happenings, readings, debates…
We believe this is a concrete proposal that can bring together and unite all organizations – associative, union, political, socio-cultural – in a unique “billboard” of energies where all realities and each, all subjects and each are promoters on an equal footing in this project; where everyone is committed to spreading and promoting the idea – in Europe and throughout the Mediterranean area but without excluding possible opportunities beyond these main contexts – and realizing it in their territorial area, large cities but also smaller centers; all while creating and developing, from the beginning, networks (coordinations, committees, movements, and groups) that can, immediately, organize the events of February 24 (to be collected in a single list to be promulgated) and then, in the future, continue a cultural and political work aimed at promoting and concretizing actions based on pacifism, nonviolence, and disarmament.
We believe that meetings can and should be organized between interested organizations willing to discuss what is proposed and to take action in this regard.
To collect the first expressions of interest and to update the list of places where events will take place (and collectively decide on other action tools), we believe it is possible to start using the Facebook group “Mobilitazione europea Pace, contro la guerra/le guerre” and – for endorsements or discussions related to the project – the email mobilitazione.europea.pace@gmail.com.
Regarding the above group, it will be evaluated shortly whether to change the name to “Mobilitazione europea e mediterranea per la Pace, contro la guerra/le guerre” or “Mobilitazione globale per la Pace, contro la guerra/le guerre”.
